Redundant and Protected Computer Systems:

Do you have a back up program for your data.  Do you have additional computers readily available.   Should some of your computers NOT be networked or Internet connected for security reasons. 

With a KVM switch set up your accounting computer could have one system that is network and Internet connected and a second non-connected secure system and switch between them with a couple of keyboard strokes.  These systems would share one monitor, mouse, printer and keyboard -- so costs would be less than having two seperate complete systems.
